With organic rice paper you can make fresh, low-calorie summer rolls. You soak the sheets in lukewarm water for 5-10 seconds, 1 by 1. Fill them with rice noodles and vegetables, and dip them in your favorite Japanese sauce. This way, you can create a fancy appetizer, healthy lunch or light evening meal in no time.
Baking or frying is a little harder, but also possible. In this case we call them spring rolls. A super fast and easy way to make gluten-free Vietnamese rolls! How to use it
Immerse the sheets 1 by 1 in lukewarm water. Do not soak them for more than 5-10 seconds, they will soften during filling. Fill them with rice noodles, vegetables and, for example, smoked tofu and then dip them in your favourite sauce.
How you keep it
After opening, store airtight in a dry, dark place at room temperature (max 20 ° C).
